Gosh what a busy weekend and sadly none of it was taken up with sewing!! (or craft of any other kind for that matter!) I've spent the weekend visiting the newest member of my extended family, 4 day old Isabelle. I did have a lovely parcel waiting for me when I got home though, a wonderful bundle of cute fabric I'd ordered from Etsy...I can't wait to get started with something creative. I think I'm going to attempt my first patchwork blanket as my new rotary blade and ruler arrived this week too - any tips before I begin snipping into the latest addition to my stash??
